Location and staff, every detail was very good. The restaurant here was magnificent for breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes. Liked this small hotel, would recomand.

Everything was great, nevertheless a few employees were unwelcoming.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a fabulous stay for the second and third night of our stay. The venue was set in the very central position so close to the city centre and a quiet area.

We loved staff and location of this hotel. Variety of supplies in the room: multi-channel TV, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

I liked my stay, had a good experience. It was exceptionally clean and quirky place, had perfect location and staff. The bedrooms were large. The specialities were amazing and served in the beautiful restaurant.

the rooms with shower, a good tv, stand alone bath. only 5 minutes walking to the center of the city. the place was a short walk to mowgli's den, where you can have dinner.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was excellent. Kid-friendly hotel in a modern area of York. Also, the bars was max 20 minutes walk to.

Actually everything was fantastic, you're dope! Terrific hotel, I liked it. I had the queen room which was extremely pleasant and ordinary. The gardens were beautiful here. Fab location for visiting restaurants and bars.

Trendy boutique hotel, staff always extremely helpful. I truly enjoyed that the cosy king room was fashionable and individual. Location really close to centre, the city attractions and all the attractions.

Everything was first class, the parking was on-site, the room was generous-sized. The staff was fabulous and owner too. Secure location, just a pleasant stroll away from grand opera house.

Staff was faultless, the full English breakfast was plentiful! Main bar was good and extremely clean. Enjoyable location to Stonegate Street. Modern design, friendly service in the entire hotel. It was truly memorable 2 days, would stay here again.

Holiday base for 2 nights. We liked it, its amenities and staff. Moreover, there was free Wi-Fi! Hotel is placed in the centre of the city. Found The Golden Ball with perfect drinks 200 metres away.

Bed is great, location is GOOD. Besides, parking was available on site.

Hotel is a nice place for a weekend in York. Comfy bed and perfect location. Enjoyed the way our triple room was arranged.

it was a few steps away from york castle museum. one could dine at restaurants such as the golden ball 5 minutes away.
